1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using WAST.INK, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
2. Service Description
WAST.INK is an Automation Intelligence Profile tool that analyzes your workflows and generates a report identifying automation opportunities, a maturity score, and a personalized roadmap.
3. User Accounts
Account creation is optional. If you create an account via OAuth (Google, GitHub), you are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. WAST.INK is not liable for unauthorized access resulting from your failure to protect your account.
4. Assessment & Reports
Reports are generated using AI and are informational only. They do not constitute professional consulting, business, or financial advice. You use the insights at your own discretion and risk.
5. Payments & Refunds
Paid products (Human Compiler, Team Audit) are one-time payments processed via Lemon Squeezy, our Merchant of Record. Because WAST.INK delivers digital products immediately upon payment, all sales are final and no refunds are offered.
6. Intellectual Property
WAST.INK owns all rights to the platform, brand, scoring methodology, and report templates. You retain ownership of your personal data and the content of your generated reports. You may share, export, and use your reports freely.
7. Privacy
Your use of WAST.INK is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, and protect your data.
8. Limitation of Liability
WAST.INK is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the service, including but not limited to decisions made based on AI-generated report content. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the service.
9. Termination
Either party may terminate at any time. You can delete your account and request deletion of all associated data. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or abuse the service.
10. Changes to Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of WAST.INK after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. Material changes will be communicated via email to registered users.
